In the production process, we carry out multi-process intermediate inspection. During cold forging forming, CNC machining, and thread rolling, real-time dimensional monitoring is conducted to ensure that key parameters such as screw length, outer diameter, and thread pitch are within the customized tolerance range. For custom screws requiring special mechanical properties, we conduct regular heat treatment sampling tests to detect hardness, tensile strength, and toughness indicators.

Surface treatment quality control is crucial for stainless steel screws’ anti-corrosion performance. We strictly standardize the passivation process with precise control of acid solution concentration, immersion time, and temperature to thoroughly remove free iron ions on the screw surface and form a uniform and dense protective layer. After treatment, salt spray tests and corrosion resistance tests are conducted to verify the stability of the surface treatment effect.

Finished products will undergo comprehensive full inspection before delivery, including dimensional accuracy detection, appearance defect screening, mechanical performance testing, and thread matching testing. We support third-party testing and provide complete quality inspection reports, material certificates, and production records. All qualified products are packaged dust-proof and moisture-proof to avoid damage during transportation.
