The M10 Thumb Screws appear to be of very good quality and workmanship. After we resolved some communication issues the company tried hard to meet my needs for a quality product, and things went very smoothly and I received the items 34 days after I paid for them.

I am enjoying working with Sally, and although the English/Chinese language can prove to be a bit tricky at times, we found a way to work through that. I received excellent samples and am pleased to be associated with this Company. If I have additional fasteners that I will need in the near future, and will certainly contact them. --B.G.
